How do I book?
To book your day a 50% deposit and signed agreement is needed. Contact me for a customised quote.
How long will it take for me to get my photos?
I know that feeling of waiting in anticipation for your photos, so I will always work hard to get them to you as soon as possible! Editing lead time can generally take up to ten weeks. However, depending on the season, I always try to get it to clients sooner.
Do I get the copyright to my photos?
Copyright will always belong to me unless otherwise specified or arranged. This means that you won't be able to use your images for advertising. You can still print, share and use all your pictures for personal use.
How far will you travel for a destination wedding and what are the costs involved?
I'm based in Cape Town, South Africa. And yes, I love to travel! If you want me to photograph your story, it will require a travel fee, depending on where it takes place. But no worries, I always try to find the most creative way to accommodate destination clients.
How many pictures will we receive?
Photos will be determined by the package you book. Sometimes, you can purchase additional images.
What happens if you get sick or injured and can't photograph me?
If I fall ill or get injured, I will arrange an associate photographer. I will review this person based on their style, personality and experience to best match my shooting style. However, I will still do all of the editing.
What if I need to reschedule?
My clients book a year in advance, and my popular dates fill up very quickly. If you need to reschedule, I will do my best to accommodate your new date. You will need to pay a reschedule fee if you reschedule less than eight weeks from your wedding or reschedule for a second time.
If I can’t accommodate your new date, this will be deemed a cancellation from your side, and Krust Photography will be under no obligation.
